The Trust ran an open consultation in January 2020, to help inform our funding programmes for 2020 and beyond. We received our biggest response yet from individuals from the Forces community – 21% of who were veterans – and local organisations, of which, 11% were local authorities.
This report explores the projects and organisations funded through the HM Treasury LIBOR Fund (HMT LIBOR Fund), the £35 million LIBOR Fund and the Veterans Accommodation Fund. Collectively, these funds distributed £578.2 million in 472 grants to 334 organisations between 2012 and 2017.
Collaboration is seen as an effective mechanism to get a wider range of organisations to engage with the funding process. The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust has been encouraging collaboration both formally and informally through its funding programmes.
