Lab Notes

It’s over to you!

Lab Notes contains everything you need to run your own Collaboration Lab with your team or with the armed forces people you support.

There are five formats to choose from, depending on who you are working with and how much time you have. Each format enables your group to share ambitions, ideas, challenges and priorities for the future with us.

Everything you share will help inform the development of our strategy and future funding priorities.

This video with our CEO, Anna Wright, sets the scene!

Step one: download the Collaboration Lab guide

This handy guide tells you everything you need to know about running your own lab. We’ve designed this as a flexible process – you don’t need to use everything we have provided or deliver it exactly how it’s written. The most important thing is that you create a space where people feel comfortable sharing their views and experiences.

Step two: choose and run a lab format that works for your group

Below you’ll find a range of labs to suit all needs. There are online and face-to-face options, longer and shorter options and formats designed to work better with either community members or staff and volunteers.

Each lab includes a suggested session plan, activities and key resources – but you can tailor it to work for your group.

If you need any help with planning a lab, or have any questions about the resources we’ve provided, you can contact our lab partners Good Work With at: hello@goodworkwith.com

Step three: share your lab results with us

It’s easy to submit your lab results to us. Send us the main themes that emerged and any reflections, ideas or notes you’d like to share (including photos of flip-charts or post-it notes) via our Google Form [opens Google Form].

Short notes, bullet points or photos of materials are all fine!

If you’ve taken photos of flipcharts or post-its and have a Google account, you can submit them using the Google Form. Otherwise you can WhatsApp your photos to us at 07707 724877

Please don’t send us photos of people, only of your lab notes.

We will only contact you in relation to the latest news & updates that we think will be of interest to you. We will not disclose your information to any third party and you can unsubscribe from our database at any time.
