Our Covenant Fund grant programmes are delivered through a three-year funding framework, with annual direction from the Minister for Veterans and People.

The Covenant Fund framework for 2024-2027

Our 2026-27 priorities from our Minister:

Addressing persistent disadvantage in remote and overseas bases where mobility, isolation and deployment can intensify disadvantage
Improving provision for underserved or marginalised cohorts that remain underrepresented and insufficiently reached
Strengthening implementation of the Covenant Legal Duty by improving awareness, access and outcomes beyond statutory provision
Providing a flexible fund for complex problems to support rapid and targeted responses to emerging or cross-cutting issues affecting the armed forces community
