Has this programme replaced the Apart, Not Alone and Serving Families: On the Move programmes?
Yes, this programme combines elements of both of those programmes into one funding offer.
Does my project have to support both families who are separated and families who are newly relocated?
No, the project can be specifically targeted at one of those groups or both if appropriate.
Can I submit more than one application for different things?
Yes, however the proposals would need to clearly demonstrate the projects are distinct from one another and not contain overlap in terms of costs, resources and beneficiaries.
My organisation has an application into the Place Based Together for Service Families programme, can we still apply?
Yes – as with above, it would need to be for distinct and separate workstream.
We’ve been registered for 2 years, why can we only apply for up to £50K?
In order to properly support newer organisations to manage funding and to manage attached risk of doing so, the maximum funding amount is lower.
Our proposed project focuses solely on service children and young people, is that ok?
If you are able to demonstrate the this project meets the funding aims, and consider that it will be in completion with broader family support, then yes. However there are other more targeted funding programmes that support these cohorts and you would need to demonstrate why this funding stream rather than those
