One is Too Many research

A report from The Northern Hub for Veterans and Military Families Research at Northumbria University (opens an external link), has identified new approaches which may help prevent suicide. This project was funded with a grant from our One Is Too Many programme.

An organisational self-assessment tool is also provided which is designed to support any organisation in reflecting on the information provided in this framework model.

How to use this Toolkit: The toolkit can be used as a self-assessment measure to help identify good practice, and as a quality improvement tool. The workbook below provides worksheets to undertake this assessment and develop action plans for service improvement.

The toolkit is intended to be used by organisation leaders at system, place and neighbourhood levels, and those stakeholders involved in the design and delivery of services. This includes those in the NHS, local authorities, the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector and representatives of people with lived experience.
