Alison joined the Trust in October 2025. She supports the delivery of project and programme evaluations and insight into impact. She provides dedicated research and analysis support to the Armed Forces Families Fund (AF3) programmes, on behalf of the MOD, including regular reporting. She also supports the commissioning of consultation, research and evaluation work to support the Trust’s activities.
Before coming to the Trust, Alison was a Research Assistant for a project around UK armed forces families and is in the final stages of writing up her PhD. She previously worked for the RAF Families Federation as their Health and Additional Needs Policy Advisor.
Alison grew up in an armed forces family and she remains connected to the armed forces community as her partner is an Army veteran.
