As a solicitor, Victoria held roles as General Counsel and Director of Corporate Services for Eurostar, before working at director level on transformational projects at the interface of the public and private sectors, in both transport and consumer finance. She is a Non-Executive Director of Covent Garden Market Authority and a lay member of Council at Kent University.
