This section is aimed at helping to encourage partnership between councils and other organisations in delivering the Armed Forces Covenant. Collaboration and partnership working includes guidance on both informal and formal networks. Examples may range from highly localised forums to examples that cover much larger regions.

The repository was designed so that future work on the Armed Forces Covenant would develop rather than duplicate anything that has been created previously. This section will therefore provides materials that can be used in your local authority with some minor tweaks.

Memorandum of Understanding for the Solent Armed Forces Covenant Partnership Housing and Finance Task Group.  The purpose of the task group is to provide support, guidance and scrutiny that enables housing and finance actions from the Solent Armed Forces community assessment.

The repository was designed so that future work on the Armed Forces Covenant would develop rather than duplicate anything that has been created previously. This section will therefore provide processes or methods that can be lifted and used in your local authority.

A detailed document that lists the aimed actions for delivering the covenant in a wide array of policy areas.

Materials in this section will have information highly specific to the authority that produced it. Some work will be needed to adapt the material to tailor it to local need but much of the information may still be useful to all authorities.

Annual Reports, produced by the Sub-Regional Armed Forces Covenant Partnership (SRAFCP), and sets out what has been achieved working together across the region, to deliver their commitments to the Armed Forces Covenant.

A 1-sided leaflet with information on how businesses and organisations can support and sign the covenant.

Resource Type 4 – Grant guidance and application forms

Application form for organisations to apply to Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for grants to support the Armed Forces Community.

This section will focus on work that has been done that is judged to have been selected on clarity and accessibility in this area of work. This will provide examples to inspire new ideas for local authorities as well as providing benchmark examples of specific practices.

This repository has been designed to be a useful library of resources for any local area to be able to use. There is understanding that not all Local Authorities are as advanced in their armed forces work as many of the SDP grantees.
