Armed Forces Covenant Fund: Funding Framework 2024-27

The Covenant Fund is moving to a three-year funding cycle guided by our new Funding Framework.

The Trust’s three-year Framework will build on the past themes and learning from Covenant programmes, the findings of our consultation and broader research, including an in-depth literature review. It will deliver programmes that support the Nation’s Covenant promise to our Armed Forces, Veterans and their families.

Moving to a three-year cycle of funding delivery helps us to design and implement strategic funding
programmes which will enable us to support effective outcomes for Armed Forces communities, while also providing a clearer focus on where we will be investing our funds.
