Funded through the Supporting Armed Forces in Acute Hospital Settings programme, Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board established the North Wales Veteran Healthcare Collaborative to improve NHS care for the Armed Forces community across North Wales.
Catterick Garrison Preschool, Yellow Ribbon, were awarded £12,700 through the Early Years programme to create new learning spaces for children and babies with additional needs.
Outfit Moray received £20,000 of Local Grants Trust funding in March 2019 to deliver a “Community Adventure Links” programme in conjunction with Kinloss Barracks. The funding was to provide outdoor adventure activities to local Service children in connection with local sports clubs such as Moray Mountain Bike Club, Moray Coast Youth Climbing Club, Moravian Orienteering Club and Moray Canoe Club.
