Climbing Out holds first programme for Veterans

Earlier this year, Climbing Out was awarded two grants by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust to help the charity support members of the Armed Forces, veterans and their family members. They received the Positive Pathways grant to help veterans get active, reduce social isolation and integrate into the community. They also received The Force for Change grant for their Armed Forces Support project.

Military Coworking Network opens new hub in Cyprus

On 1 July 2021, the doors of the first overseas Military Coworking Hub will open at the Royal Air Force base, Akrotiri in Cyprus.

One of twelve coworking hubs set up as part of the Military Coworking Network, the hub will help facilitate remote working, ensuring partners, spouses and families can maintain their careers while supporting their serving family members.
